Subscription Policy

Subscriptions are handled through Stripe, including recurring payments and order management.
You can manage your subscription if you log in to your account on revolvingdoor.monto.io/customers/login. Alternatively, please email us at hello@revolvingdoor.com.au for help and we would be glad to assist.
When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you’ll be charged for each of these deliveries, plus their applicable postage fee, on the specified schedule. Our available renewal intervals are fortnightly and monthly.
Your subscription is for a minimum of 3 months, after which there is no penalty for cancellation. Unless you cancel your subscription, you will continue to be charged the original rate at your selected interval for 12months, at which time you will have the option to re-subscribe at the current charge rate.
