This yeast fermentation natural bean from Burundi has been roasted to brew both as a filter and milk based espresso drink. On milk it's sweet and comforting, reminiscent of a cup of hot milo with dried fruits and a hint of cherry! When brewed as filter, it has the rich molasses flavour predominating, lactic acidity and a hint of dried red fruits when it's cooled. This is a special addition to our seasonal offerings that we are very excited to share with you!
