Single Origin: Colombian Washed
A light-medium roast, well-suited for filter style brewing and a favourite for pour overs. Our go to for black espresso drinks, with some also enjoying it with milk. It has a bright acidity up front, bittersweet chocolate base with toffee/deep caramel sweetness.
BREW GUIDE: Espresso requires an extremely fine grind setting - 22g dose, 44g yield (1:2 ratio) in 28-32 seconds at 93 degrees. Add 89 degree water to taste for a long black or serve a single shot (22g) with steamed milk served in a 160ml cup.
Filter: 15g dose, 250g yield at 91-93 degrees 2.5-3mins
