This is a combination of washed and natural specialty grade beans from Colombia and Brazil, roasted to highlight the sweet chocolatey notes with a lovely caramel after taste that give us the kind of coffee we want to go back to daily!
BREW GUIDE: 22g dose, 44g yield (1:2 ratio) in 30-33 seconds at 93 degrees. Serve a single shot (22g) with steamed milk in a 160ml cup.
